« به نام خدا
با آروزی موفقیت روزافزون برای بنیاد امید ایرانیان که ان‌شاالله منشاء خیر و برکت در عرصه حیات اجتماعی کشور خواهد بود.
تشکیل شاخه جوانان این بنیاد و گردهمایی آنان مبارک و موجب امیدواری بیشتر در پویایی عرصه فکری، فرهنگی، اجتماعی و سیاسی کشور است.عرصه‌ای که نشاط آن منوط به حضور متفکرانه،مسئولانه و امیدورانه نسل جوان فرهیخته است. امری که رویکرد انسانی انقلاب اسلامی است هم به سوی آن بوده است.
آن‌چه مهم است این‌که جوانان عزیز با احساس مسئولیت نسبت به دین وانقلاب و کشور و مردم؛
اولا؛ آگاهی و اطلاع خود را از ایران و جهان بالا ببرند.
ثانیا؛ نسبت به هویت اسلامی-ایرانی خود بیاندیشند و در صدد تقویت آن باشند.
ثالثا؛ با درک این مسئله که در جمهوری اسلامی محور و مدار مردمند (مردمی صاحب حق و البته صاحب مسئولیت) در جهت تحقق آرمان های والای انقلابی یعنی تقویت پایه‌ها روابط اجتماعی بر اساس عدالت،حرمت و کرامت انسان و آزادی مسئولانه و با هدف پبشرفت همه جانبه و توسعه سیاسی،علمی،فرهنگی و اجتماعی در جامعه برآیند.
